No Refunds on Inflated Balloons
We do not offer refunds or returns once balloons have been inflated, as these items are perishable and cannot be resold.
14-Day Return Policy (Other Eligible Items)
For all other eligible items, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made or personalised balloon arrangements are non-refundable. Further terms and conditions may apply.
