All orders are delivered either by our own team or through a trusted third-party delivery service, depending on availability and location. Deliveries are scheduled according to the delivery date and time selected by the customer at checkout. We also offer same day delivery, please contact us directly to arrange this service.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns once balloons have been inflated, as these items are perishable and cannot be resold. For all other eligible items, we offer a 14-day return policy. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Custom-made or personalized balloon arrangements are non-refundable. Further terms and conditions may apply.
